Know more about the artist

While we are busy getting our art ready for the exhibition, we hope you are just as excited as we are about seeing our work on display.
In the meantime, you may like a sneak peek of the participating artists and get to know them a little more as some are really shy about being on social media and extremely modest about their talent.
So here's Artist Chitchat with Chong Ching Ching.
Q: Having participated in several exhibitions over the years, what excites you most about this one?
To be honest, I’m more nervous than excited as there’s a fair bit of challenges that I had to deal with this year in all areas at various points. The human part of me is barely making it, however, the spirit man in me is still trying to hang in there! I’m trusting God for a breakthrough in this season and trusting Him to finish this year well through this exhibition as a testimony of His faithfulness, kindness and goodness!
Q: What can we expect in your new work?
I always hope that my art will draw people to encounter God Himself - be it in the beauty or the lack of it in the art created. I hope my art inspires and encourages others in their life journey.
Personally, this year I hope that overcoming my own personal challenges can still be a testimony for God so that others can see that they can also encounter beauty in spite of the challenges.
Q: For this exhibition, are you working with any new medium to express your ideas?
Yes i am! I’m very intrigued by how light can be incorporated into art and I hope to be able to create a few more pieces based on this theme.
