As I grow older, I learn to appreciate the various changes and beauty that light brings into life.
Dawn, dusk, the subtle and silent shifts of light and shadow.
Everything around us is changed through the projection, intensity and angles of light, and the plethora of colours that appear is fascinating...

Since I became a believer, I would always see the word “Light” in the Bible.
It has now become my favourite word.
For with You is the fountain of Life. In Your Light, we see Light.
Psalm 36 : 9
In His Light, we are enlightened about the Truth, Way and Life...
God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.
(1 John 1:5)
In His Light, we are illuminated and become Light, just like Him.

Love to worship Him ever since I became a believer.
As a young believer I worship Him with songs, lyrics and rhythm
Immerse myself in His presence, His Love.
As I matured in faith,
I realized that worship is not at certain places or in certain forms but in Spirit and in Truth.
Our whole being and our acts are ways of worship.
The more I connect with Him and grow in the Grace and knowledge of Jesus
(not by my own power or might, but by His Spirit.).
I am set free in Him and live for the Glory of God.
Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Freedom.
2 Corinthians 3 : 17
So if the son sets you free, you are free indeed.
John 8:36
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has gone, the new is here.

As Christians, we are called to walk this journey of faith
with our Lord Jesus in this life on the earth.
In this pilgrimage, we are also called to enter into His rest.
Along the path, we come to Him from time to time
for the Peace from Him that the world is not able to give.
In Him, we are strengthened and revitalized.
Then we press on.

I chanced upon this rocking chair in a children's book store when we were wandering around Vienna, Austria.
The design of this rocking chair conjured a scene in me –
a child nestled in father's bosom and of the love a father has for his children.
The love of our Heavenly Father.
Can we really understand how wide, how long, how high and how deep His love for us?
To express the feeling I have –
I think the word “Cuddle” comes closest.

I had photographed these roses while travelling in Munich in 2019.
There were simply placed in a vase on the cafe's table, but I was somehow so touched by them and a warm feeling flowed in my heart.
Through the roses, I felt the purity of God and how He wants our hearts to be.
That is why I took the photo and decided to have them painted.
Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.
